Nice. I saw them several times in the year prior in concert around Philly and NYC, the last being in the fall of 1970 at Muhlenberg College in Allentown and John York was gone (replaced by Skip Battin) and Clarence and Roger were a lot more hirstute. This would have to be somewhere around or between Dr Byrds and The Ballad of Easy Rider LPs…I’m guessing 1969. This is a really nice find; haven’t seen this one before. Been listening to a lot of Clarence White lately courtesy of Uncle Gil & The Adios Lounge, slipping into a little Wynn Stewart now and then (especially those sides with Clarence)between the usual Ray Wylie and Gram and Neil. I’m a young 57 year old musician/collector who still follows my favorites and looks for new ones to hear. Nice finding another blog I can turn to…referred by Brendan on a subscribed feed…where do I sign up for you?
