The legendary Charlie Louvin has announced some upcoming tour dates that will take him across the US and over to Los Angeles on February 7th for a show at Spaceland (Tickets are $15 on Ticketweb). The 81 year old singer began performing when he was a teenager with his brother Ira in the hugely influential duo, the Louvin Brothers. After his brother’s tragic death in 1965, he continued on as a solo artist. The Louvin Brothers rich, two part harmonies inspired everyone from the Everly Brothers to the Byrds and Emmylou Harris.
