Tune into Little Radio today from 2-4 pm (PST) for the ‘When You Awake Radio Show’. We are once again pleased to announce a special in-studio guest DJ, Mark Starr. It is very rare that I go to an event and hear a DJ spin music that I’m really into. Even rarer to find a DJ who spins music that I’m really into…and have never heard before. Mark is one such DJ. The last time I heard Mark spin, I was literally leaning over every song and saying “Dude! This song is amazing. Who is this?”). He was, for instance, the guy who introduced me to the Stampeders tune “Sweet City Woman”, which has basically become my summer anthem. What new music shall he introduce us to today? In addition to his being a rad DJ, Mark is also a seasoned musician, having played in bands like the Gimmicks, Shake City, The Masons, Sweet Evil and a new as of yet unnamed project. He’s definitely worth tuning into.
Crosby, Stills and Nash- Helplessly Hoping
Crosby, Stills and Nash sing the Stephen Stills tune “Helplessly Hoping” live in 1977. Lyrics are included with the video so you can attempt to add in your own fourth part harmony. Good luck!
