I saw John Fogerty last night at the Mercy Lounge in Nashville, TN and he completely blew me away. Perfect voice. Perfect playing. Perfect hair. The man seriously still has it. Only thing missing was this sweet leather fringe vest.

What was missing was the rest of CCR. Fogerty never sounded as good solo as he did with CCR, but you’ll never convince his massive “I write the songs, sing, and play lead guitar!” ego of that. I wouldn’t see him for free.
