Heartworn Highways

We are teaming up with Aquarium Drunkard and Cinefamily to present the documentary Heartworn Highways on December 12th at the Silent Movie Theater in Los Angeles. Not only will you get the rare chance to view one of the best music films ever made (Townes Van Zandt, Guy Clark, David Allan Coe and many others make appearances) on the big screen, but there will be a special live performance by the one and only Steve Young who appears in the film and wrote country classics like “Lonesome, On’ry and Mean” and “Seven Bridges Road.” This event is seriously not to be missed. Tickets are $14 and you can buy them in advance here. Stay tuned to When You Awake for more details about the show (special guests and more to be announced soon).
