Los Angeles’ own Chapin Sisters are currently touring in support of their latest record, Two (out now via Lake Bottom Records). The group will be stopping through London on Thursday, June 16th for a show at the North Star and then will hop back stateside for a gig on June 27th in Los Angeles at the Bootleg Theatre alongside Harper Simon (Paul’s son) and Henry Wolfe.

Live Oak Revue

Live Oak Revue, the Dana Point, California band comprised of Zak Salazar, Brian Ireland of Something Corporate and Brian’s two brothers Matt and Derrick, are set to release their debut EP When The Dawn Breaks on June 21st, 2011 via Adamant Records. You can catch them tonight in Ventura, California alongside Jack’s Mannequin and Steel Train for a show at the Majestic Ventura Theatre.

Ex-Everybodyfields frontwoman Jill Andrews‘ debut solo album, The Mirror, came out last week on June 7th via Thirty Tigers/Liam Records. She’s set to tour across the US all of this month and next, with a two-day stint planned at McCabe’s Guitar Shop in Santa Monica on July 16th-17th.
