Ray Wylie Hubbard‘s new video for  “Coricidin Bottle” off his latest release, Grifters Hymnal. Nominated for 3 Americana awards in 2010, Hubbard mixes Southern Gothic fables with a shot in the arm and does it with wry humor that is uniquely his. The video was made using footage from Ray’s iPhone along with found photos and Super 8 footage. The only expense? 14 bucks for the monkey. Ray Wylie Hubbard will be at Joe’s Pub tonight, Thursday, May 17th followed by a series of dates criss-crossing the states all summer long with a show at McCabe’s on July 14th.
